Eng to the state’s Commission on Prosecutorial Conduct, an independent entity dedicated to strengthening oversight of New York’s prosecutors and holding them to the highest ethical standards in the exercise of their duties.

The ABA published “Top 10 Rules for Arbitration Chairs.” And Sabino wrote “Federal Eminent Domain Power Prevails Over State Sovereign Immunity in Newest Supreme Court Case” for Climate and Energy.

Gerard R. Luckman, a partner and chair of the Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring practice group at Forchelli Deegan Terrana, was elected president of the Turnaround Management Association’s Long Island Chapter. He is also a member of the Chapter’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
