“Having Women’s History Month come right on the heels of Black History Month allows me to celebrate Black women who are paving the way in the legal industry. With Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s recent nomination to the Supreme Court, this is an especially important time to celebrate the trailblazing women who have come before us, and to recognize the work that still needs to be done. I want to celebrate this month by appreciating my entry into the legal profession this year and I look forward to learning from other women on how to succeed.”
