“As a typical Asian American who had an education and grew up in China, we were used to thinking that we are supposed to do certain things at an appropriate age. Then everyone is restricted in routine life. Here, diversity and equity help us to change the stereotype and live outside of the comfort zone. We can make a change no matter what age, color, background, and class. We can pursue dreams, change fields and become a bridge for others. Therefore, it is important to raise and amplify our voices in America today, to have more APIDA join us, to enjoy the cultural difference, adapt to the pace of nature, and create a different YOU— the way you like to shine. Moreover, to bond with everyone who wishes to make a new world, more peace, love, care, and freedom.”
