Boyle’s Publication Successes

Professor Robin Boyle has publication news to share on three fronts:

Published:

Narrated Teaching Modules for West Academic Publishing, on topics pertaining to persuasive writing and contract drafting. Professor Boyle’s modules will be included in an array of legal writing topics by many contributing authors from around the country. The modules were recently released and are available to students. The modules consist of narrated, interactive PowerPoint slideshows. Professor Boyle’s modules help guide students through the following topics: a) correspondence – composing email memos, letters to clients, and opinion letters; b) persuasive writing – demand letters, trial motions, and an overview of appellate process and briefs; c) legislation drafting – how a bill becomes law, the subparts to statutes; d) judicial opinion writing – the structure of court decisions and an inside view of court chambers; and e) contract drafting – two parts covering core contract concepts. There are many more authors and topics. Some of the recently released modules are available here. Professor Boyle is also happy to provide more detail about module release dates and how students can access them.
