Professor Rosemary Salomone was recently awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Alumni/ae Association of Brooklyn College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree.

In January, Professor Salomone gave a talk hosted by the Cary Library in Lexington, Massachusetts on her book, The Rise of English: Global Politics and the Power of Language (Oxford University Press, 2021).
