On March 7th, Professor Mark Movsesian participated in a panel, “The Supreme Court and New Frontiers in Religious Liberty,” at Cardozo Law School’s Floersheimer Center for Constitutional Democracy. The panel addressed current issues in the Supreme Court’s Religion Clause jurisprudence. Other participants included Nelson Tebbe (Cornell), Elizabeth Reiner Platt (Columbia) and Giselle Klapper (Sikh Coalition).
