Professor G. Ray Warner chaired the INSOL Tokyo Academic Colloquium on September 11 – 12, 2023. INSOL is the leading global insolvency organization and Warner also chairs its Academic Steering Committee. The Colloquium’s theme was “Harmony and Dissonance in Global Insolvency” and included more than two dozen papers and presentations from leading insolvency academics around the world.
