Professor Cheryl L. Wade’s coauthored commentary (with Janis Sarra) on feminism and limited liability, and her coauthored chapter (with Anne Choike and Martha Albertson Fineman) entitled “The Importance of Incorporating Feminist Perspectives in Corporate Law,” were published in Feminist Judgments: Corporate Law Rewritten (Cambridge University Press, 2023).
Professor Wade was a presenter and facilitator at “The Academic Forum on the Intersection of Race and Business Law” at The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in September 2023. She was also a panelist at two conferences in 2023: “Financial Regulators Under Siege” at Loyola University School of Law’s Center for Business Law; and “Law, Community, and Social Justice” at The University of Houston Law Center.
