On November 29th & 30th, Professor G. Ray Warner presented lectures on U.S. Chapter 11 and on the UNCITRAL Model Laws relating to insolvency for the INSOL Global Insolvency Practice Course in London, England. The Global Insolvency Practice Course is an intensive year-long program designed to train established insolvency practitioners to handle multi-jurisdictional cases. The course includes two multi-day in-person educational sessions and several out-of-class exercises that culminate in a week-long simulation of a sophisticated cross-border bankruptcy case. This year’s course includes more than two dozen practitioners from 14 different jurisdictions.
