Professor Miriam Cherry spoke as part of the United Nations International Labor Office training seminar, “Knowledge Sharing on Digital Labour Platform Policies and Case Law” on December 7th. This event, which was the third in a series, facilitated a discussion about minimum rights and protections for workers in the platform economy. Other panelists addressed the laws in the EU and South America. Professor Cherry’s presentation focused on emerging regulatory approaches throughout the United States.
