Professor G. Ray Warner has been appointed to the World Bank Insolvency and Climate Change Working Group. The working group will explore the linkages between insolvency and climate change and the potential role of insolvency and restructuring frameworks in addressing climate-related risks. The working group will advise the World Bank’s Insolvency and Debt Resolution team in developing its position paper on climate change.
