On May 22nd, Professor G. Ray Warner spoke at the INSOL International “Rethinking Insolvency Law” Academic Colloquium in San Diego, California.  Warner’s presentation titled “Sustainable Insolvency” explored whether sustainable capitalism concepts could be incorporated into the insolvency process.
