On February 28th, Professor Chris Borgen gave a presentation entitled “International Law, Outer Space, and National Security” at the 30th Annual Law, Ethics and National Security (LENS) Conference at Duke Law School. St. John’s 3L Luis Rishi Puno attended the conference as one of about 30 student LENS Scholars from law schools and service academies.
