On March 14th, Professor John Q. Barrett participated by Zoom in the Missouri Law Review’s annual symposium, focused on the U.S. Constitution’s protections for basic liberties and equal citizenship and the forthcoming book by Professors Linda C. McClain and James E. Fleming that will explore these themes.

Professor Barrett lectured on “Barnette’s Robert H. Jackson, Working for ‘a Society of Free Men.’”

The Review will publish a symposium issue, including an essay by Professor Barrett based on his lecture, later this year.
