Professor Miriam A. Cherry attended the annual meeting of the American Association of Law School’s Contracts Section, which was held at the University of Florida Law School, in Gainesville, Florida. She presented her paper, “Abuse of Contract: A New Cause of Action,” which is forthcoming in the William and Mary Law Review.

Professor Cherry is a past chair of the AALS Contracts Section.
