The St. John’s University School of Law Faculty was excited to complete its 2025-2026 Hon. Edward D. Re ‘41CBA, ‘43L, ‘68HON Faculty Workshop Series with a talk today by Professor Afra Afsharipour, UC Davis School of Law, and Professor Darren Rosenblum, St. John’s University School of Law, who presented their co-authored paper, “The Inclusion Imperative for Repairing Corporate Governance,” which is forthcoming in The Business Lawyer.
